Age Requirements

Entheogenic welcomes anyone the age of 16 or older to consent on their own behalf to receive a body piercing or 18 and older to receive a tattoo.  Anyone under the specified ages require a parent or guardian to visit us in person to fill out a Parental Consent Form. At that time we will also request to see valid government issued photo ID.

Please note that regardless of this policy, it is rarely recommended to tattoo anyone under the age of 16 and that minors of the younger ages refrain from certain piercings.

Appointments

Entheogenic and Middle Finger Response work strictly by and appointment only basis. 

Designs must be provided or created in advance before the actual tattoo appointment can be scheduled.

A $50.00 deposit must also be provided at this time which will be applied to the price of the tattoo.

Body piercing appointments do not require a deposit and can be booked either in person or over the phone.

Consultations & jewelery changing appointments are always free!

 
Conduct
Entheogenic expects all patrons to respect others and be of a sober state of mind.  Disrespect of any nature will not be tolerated and anyone attending their appointment appearing to be inebriated in any way will be required to reschedule their appointment at the expense of their $50.00 deposit
 
Custom Designs

Entheogenic does provide custom drawing services for those who request it.  The availability depends on the Artists current work load.  Consultations, which are offered free of charge, are required as well as a deposit that works on a sliding scale according to the extent of the work involved.  The deposit is used as part of the payment for the tattoo if it is ultimately applied or given as a fee if it is not.  

We also encourage you to inquire about custom art work that is not tattoo related.

 
Payments

All payments and applicable taxes are required prior to any procedure in the form of cash.  We do not accept checks, debit or credit cards.

We do encourage the Bartering system if it is beneficial to both parties mutually.
